Privacy notice
Who is responsible for your data
Steadsignal, Asturias, Spain, [email protected]. Full owner details are in the legal notice above.
What we collect and why
- Free downloads: your email address, to send the file and occasional practical follow-ups about incident and AI operations. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a). You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.
- Card purchases: handled by our reseller, Stripe (shown at checkout as Link), which acts as merchant of record and collects your payment and invoice details under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, email, country and order details to deliver the files and provide support. Legal basis: performing the contract (art. 6.1.b) and tax obligations (art. 6.1.c).
- USDC purchases: processed by Stripe Payments Europe. We receive your email, country, order details and the payment reference. We never receive your wallet's private keys. Legal basis: performing the contract and tax obligations.
- Support emails: what you send us, to answer you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in helping customers (art. 6.1.f).
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising or tracking tools. Any visit statistics are anonymous and cookie-free.
Who else sees your data
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare), our email provider and the payment providers named above, each only to provide their service. Some are based outside the EU and transfer data under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
Mailing-list data until you unsubscribe. Order and invoice data for the periods Spanish tax and commercial law require, usually six years.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to or move your data by emailing [email protected]. If you think we have handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at aepd.es.
Terms of sale
Who you buy from
Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay orders are sold by our reseller, Stripe (shown at checkout as Link), which is the merchant of record and issues your invoice. USDC orders are sold directly by the owner named in the legal notice (Steadsignal). In both cases we are responsible for the files and their support.
Products and delivery
The kits are downloadable Word and Excel files. You get a download link straight after payment, by email and on the confirmation page.
Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in euros without VAT. VAT or sales tax is added at checkout based on your location. Businesses that enter a valid VAT number are charged under the reverse-charge rules where they apply. USDC checkouts show the price in US dollars at the current rate.
Right of withdrawal
Under article 103(m) of Spain's consumer protection law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once the download has started, if you gave your express consent and acknowledged that you lose that right. Checkout asks for this before payment. If a file is faulty or not as described, email us and we will fix it, replace it or refund you.
Licence
Each purchase gives the buying organisation a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use, copy and adapt the files for its own internal purposes. You may not resell, share publicly or redistribute the files, alone or in a product.
Liability
The kits are practical templates, not legal or regulatory advice. You are responsible for adapting them to your organisation and checking your own obligations. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Spanish or EU law.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumers can also go to the courts of the place where they live.
