Questions

Do I have to send you the report?

No. The report is yours. Share it only if you want us to quote for the Exit Sprint.

Does it change anything in Opsgenie?

No. It only reads, and a read-only key can't change anything anyway.

What does the effort score measure?

The things that make a migration longer: more than one team or rota, overrides, time-of-day rules, several time zones, many integrations and escalation rules, and people without a phone contact.

Can I use the report to move to another tool?

Yes. The inventory is useful whichever tool you choose.
